Well the work is good and it looks almost magical too. I like the fireworks you added, but they look almost fake, even the balloons. But at the same time the elements in the background as well as the model herself are not very well blended together. Though it should have had more hours put in to it, it is still a good job. I can see that you have a strong imagination, just remember when creating works of art you must become three people. The first is the idea maker, second is the technician, the one who formats the work or puts it down on paper/ computer, and third is the spectator; if you can't step back and analyze your work constantly, then it's going to be tuff to create it. And just remember to blend it some more at the end.
